Scope of Project: One of my back-half managers from PDX 9 Amazon Facility in Troutdale, OR wanted to help our associates be more motivated to work hard and get rewarded for turning in their scanners, but wasn't sure what to do. So I said I could design something to be printed on badges that our associates can put on their work lanyard to remind them they're awesome and doing great hard work!
Outcome: All of our SHIP DOCK department of the PDX 9 Amazon FC has been using these badges, and we have increased the number of our scanners being checked in as well as our associates being excited to work hard.
